AHOF's Zhang Shuaibo to Skip Taiwan Performances Due to Scheduling Conflicts

F&F Entertainment announced that AHOF member Zhang Shuaibo, will not participate in the group's upcoming performances at Taiwan's prestigious Asia Artist Awards and ACON 2025 Festa. The decision stems from unavoidable personal scheduling conflicts, marking the second such lineup change for the multinational boy band since their summer debut.

F&F Entertainment emphasized in an official statement that the absence is isolated to these dates and will not impact AHOF's broader commitments. "We sincerely apologize to fans for any disappointment this may cause," the agency said. "All other group activities, including the highly anticipated 2026 AHOFAHA fan-con tour, remain fully on track.

The remaining eight members Steven, Jeongwoo, Woongki, Han, JL, Juwon, Chih En, and Daisuke will deliver an electrifying performance as planned.

Formed through SBS's competitive survival program Universe League, which aired from November 2024 to January 2025, AHOF burst onto the scene on July 1 with their debut extended play Who We Are. The multinational ensemble, drawing talent from South Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Australia, and the Philippines, quickly amassed a global following. Their debut album sold 369,850 copies in its first week, setting a record for rookie boy groups in 2025, while their showcase at Seoul's YES24 Live Hall drew widespread acclaim for tracks like "Ignition," "Butterfly," and "Mamma Mia.

This development echoes a recent routine adjustment for member Chih En, highlighting the logistical challenges of managing a nine-member group with diverse international schedules. Zhang Shuaibo, a 22-year-old Chinese vocalist with prior stints on survival shows Youth With You 3 and Boys Planet, brings a distinctive falsetto and charismatic stage presence to AHOF. Fans have rallied online with messages of support, trending hashtags like #GetWellSoonBobo and #AHOFFullPower under the group's banner. As AHOF navigates these hurdles, their momentum shows no signs of slowing.

The group's thematic exploration of anxiety, nostalgia, and dream-chasing in Who We Are with contributions from member Cha Woong-ki on lyrics has resonated deeply, positioning them as a fresh voice in K-pop's evolving landscape. Industry observers anticipate their 2026 fan-con tour will be a major highlight, offering intimate fan interactions across Asia and beyond. The Asia Artist Awards and ACON 2025 continue to generate buzz, with preliminary popularity voting already concluded via the STARPOLL app.

For those tuning in, the events promise collaborative stages, red-carpet glamour, and a celebration of cross-cultural artistry that AHOF embodies. AHOF's representatives have yet to disclose further details on Zhang Shuaibo's schedule, but updates will be shared through official channels. Fans are encouraged to stream the performances on Weverse for a front-row experience.
