ENHYPEN Gears Up for Highly Anticipated Mid-January Comeback

K-pop Global sensation ENHYPEN has officially confirmed their return to the music scene with a new album slated for release in mid-January 2026. The announcement from BELIFT LAB, the group's label under HYBE, marks the septet's first Korean-language comeback in seven months, following the blockbuster success of their sixth mini-album, DESIRE: UNLEASH, which dropped on June 5, 2025.The news, shared with outlets like Newsen and Soompi, comes hot on the heels of ENHYPEN's fifth anniversary celebrations on November 30, 2025 exactly five years after their debut on November 30, 2020. "ENHYPEN will be making a comeback in mid-January. Details will be announced later through an official notice," BELIFT LAB stated, teasing fans with promises of a "truly incredible album."

This timing couldn't be more fitting, as the group rides a wave of momentum from their recent triumphs at the 2025 MAMA Awards, where they clinched a prestigious Daesang for 'VISA Fans’ Choice of the Year,' along with the main 'Fans’ Choice' award and 'TELASA Global Favorite Artist' trophy securing a coveted triple crown.

ENHYPEN, comprised of members Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki, first hinted at the project during the finale of their WALK THE LINE world tour on October 26, 2025, at Seoul's KSPO DOME. In a moment that had 676,000 tour attendees buzzing, the group shared, "We are preparing a truly incredible album," before adding, "We will return with an amazing album."

The tour, which wrapped up after drawing a staggering 1.5 million fans across 96 concerts in three major series (MANIFESTO, FATE, and WALK THE LINE), underscored ENHYPEN's unparalleled stage presence and global draw.Since their debut with the mini-album BORDER: DAY ONE, ENHYPEN has redefined fourth-generation K-pop through their genre-blending discography and immersive storytelling. Their 2025 milestones alone are a testament to their meteoric rise: a headline-grabbing performance at Coachella in April, stadium shows in Japan during July and August, and the double-million-seller status of DESIRE: UNLEASH in June marking their third such achievement after ORANGE BLOOD and the triple-million-selling second full-length ROMANCE: UNTOLD.

Cumulatively, the group's 16 albums in Korea and Japan have now surpassed 20.33 million shipments, with eight exceeding the one-million-copy mark.

Social media is abuzz with excitement, including clips resurfacing of Ni-ki's cryptic September 2025 spoiler where he cheekily pointed to "January" when asked about future plans.

Ahead of the release, ENHYPEN will grace the red carpet at SBS Gayo Daejeon on December 25, 2025, offering a festive preview of what's to come.
